Stephen Galligan

Chief Executive Officer / Co-Founder

Steve Galligan is a veteran in the world of digital marketing. Like many others, he started his career in print advertising, then migrated to the digital and online media in the late 90’s. In 1999 Steve was named General Manager for the new Citysearch office in Boston. Since then he has held the position of Senior Divisional Manager at Boston Globe Media, CEO at LocalTel, Chief Marketing Officer at Global Directories, and founder and President of MaineToday Digital, part of the largest media company in Maine. His specialty has been helping traditional advertising and media organizations make the transition to online and digital media. Steve, together with former colleague Joseph Mohay founded Integrated Digital Strategies with a goal of providing businesses with the best in class technology employing new and innovative solutions to retain existing customers and acquire new accounts. Steve’s wife Midge has merged her video production company of more than 20 years, Clear Vision Video, into Integrated Digital Strategies to enhance the company’s service offering. Steve and Midge have three adult daughters who are all college graduates enjoying success in their respective fields.

Joseph A. Mohay

Chief Digital Officer / Co-Founder

Recognized as a hands-on interactive sales and marketing executive, Joseph is highly regarded as an innovative leader and subject matter expert in all aspects of the emerging field of digital marketing.  His career began more than 10 years ago with R.H. Donnelley Corp, now known as Dex One.   During this period, Joseph was a catalyst in bringing to market a suite of local search solutions to tens of thousands of SMB advertisers, and those solutions are still in place today.  He joined Global Directories and earned a leadership role for his expertise at evolving a print focused sales company into a full-service media organization. While at Global, he helped design, implement, and manage the day-to-day operations of a newly formed digital sales division. In the span of 18 months, had successfully created a full service media company that currently serves over 16 international markets.  Joseph’s professional expertise is focused on digital product development, sales training, field and virtual coaching, and team-building.  His greatest passion is to “roll up his sleeves”  and work closely with sales teams and advertisers alike. Joseph resides in Orlando, Florida and is a proud father of 8 year old twins sons, Joseph and Julian.


Jon Stumph

Chief Financial Officer

Jon Stumpf has extensive knowledge as a finance executive in the transportation industry as well as a small business owner. Jon was Director and Owner of Visiting Angels – North Reading. Visiting Angels is a firm that specializes in providing non-medical home care for seniors so they may remain living independently in their home. Prior to Visiting Angels, Jon served as Vice-President, Finance for Enterprise Rent-A-Car Company of Boston, Inc., where he held direct accountability for business management, accounting, finance, risk management/loss control, treasury and regulatory relations. Jon is a CPA and received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Missouri – Columbia. Jon has been an active volunteer in community organizations and currently serves as Chairman of the Town of Andover Finance Committee, and on the St. Augustine Church Finance Council, and St. Augustine School Finance Committee. Jon and his wife Pam live in Andover, Massachusetts and are the proud parents of two adult daughters.

Thomas J Galligan III

Retired Chairman,CEO and Prisident of Papa Gino’s Inc.

Tom Galligan is the retired Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Papa Gino’s Inc. Mr. Galligan has 30 years experience in management, finance and operational engineering with emphasis on long range planning. Prior to joining Papa Gino’s, Tom held senior executive positions at Circle K Corporation and Morse Shoe, Inc. Early in his career, he was associated with PepsiCo, Inc. and Pepsi Cola Bottling Group division. He began his career as a Certified Public Accountant with Arthur Young & Company. Tom currently sits on the board of several other public and private companies. A First Lieutenant in the U.S. Army from 1966-1969, Mr. Galligan’s tour of duty included service in the United States, Germany and Vietnam. His meritorious awards include the Purple Heart, Bronze Star and Air Combat Medal. Mr. Galligan holds a BD degree in Biology/Chemistry from Boston College and an MBA from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.

Scott Beers

Scott Beers began his 30-year career in television broadcasting in systems integration as an intern at Northeastern University. In 1984 he founded Beers Associates, Inc. a firm that provided both equipment and solutions to the television broadcasting community, where he served as CEO from 1984 to 2001. Scott cofounded The Switch in 1991 and has grown to become the leading customer controlled fiber transmission provider in North America. The Switch currently provides advanced video switching services from 29 locations across The United States, The United Kingdom, and Canada. The Switch was created to provide cost-effective, customer controlled television and audio signal routing services to the broadcast industry. Its customers include domestic and international television networks, common carriers, local broadcast stations, and producers and distributors of sports, entertainment, news, financial and public service television programming. Scott has served as President and CEO since its inception.

Martin Madden

Martin Madden

President – Infocommerce Partners

Martin Madden founded Infocommerce Partners in 2014, and serves on the Board of CFO Publishing. He has over twenty years of private equity investment experience. Mr. Madden co-founded Seguin Partners Fund in 2006 and serves as General Partner. At Seguin he led the acquisitions of CFO Magazine and CFO’s acquisition of IE Group, and the fund’s investment in Genesis Solutions where he also served on the Board. From 1992 until 2006, Martin was a Managing Director of Bariston Partners in Boston where he specialized in the acquisition of B2B companies. He currently serves on the Board of Bariston which is also winding up its investment portfolio. Mr. Madden began his career in 1982 as a lending officer at Bank of New England in Boston, where in 1985 he became Vice President at its investment banking subsidiary BNE Associates. He holds a BA from Tufts and an MBA from the University of New Hampshire. He is active in various community organizations in and around Newburyport, MA.

Director Of Operations and Marketing

Ben Kulis brings a wide array of skills to Integrated Digital Strategies having established digital and interactive marketing solutions and campaigns for some of the largest and best known broadcast companies in Boston. In addition, Ben has experience with the local sports scene with past positions at the New England Patriots and Revolution and New England Sports Network. Ben resides in the Boston, MA area with his wife Marie, and their son and daughter.


Midge Galligan

Executive Producer

Midge Galligan brings more than 20 years of video production experience to Integrated Digital Strategies. She started her career editing and producing news and entertainment programs for NBC and CBS affiliates in Providence and Boston. Her career evolved when she started Action Video Group, the production company that she has owned and managed for two decades. Midge specializes in marketing and promotional videos, helping her clients solve their needs with creative solutions. Her focus at IDS is to help clients deliver their message in the emerging platforms that are becoming an essential part of a complete marketing program. Midge is an avid tennis player and enjoys her newly-found free time with her husband Steve, now that their three girls have all graduated from college and entered the working world.

Jan Webster

Digital Account Manager

Jan started her career in the video production field working for major a Boston production house in a sales capacity as a Senior Account Executive and later as a Marketing Manager for Cramer Productions. Jan later joined Local Edge, a Hearst Media property as a Digital Marketing Executive. She worked with SMB’s in an effort to help them gain market share through digital marketing and advertising. In this capacity she identified, developed and managed strategies and programs that dramatically increased their online/offline presence.

Jan’s focus at IDS as a Digital Account Manager is managing the premier accounts helping to meet their needs by finding digital marketing solutions that deliver a high ROI.

Jan resides in the Merrimack Valley area in Massachusetts. She also enjoys staging homes to get them ready for sale and interior decorating.

Madeline Ta'ala

Digital Marketing Manager

Madeline received a Bachelor’s degree from Utah State University, where she majored in Journalism & Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations and a minor in Graphic Design. She graduated with four internships under her belt and went on to work with several high-profile marketing agencies. Her leadership skills along with her journalism, writing, and digital marketing experience, make her a well-rounded asset to the team. She prides herself on her abilities to stay current with trends of the blogging, social, and digital world. She enjoys Instagram stalking, peach and coconut Dr. Pepper, and online shopping.

Madeline and her husband, Braden, reside just south of Salt Lake City, Utah. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, boating, camping, and all other recreational activities in the Rocky Mountains.

Sarah received a Bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University where she majored in Communications with emphases in Digital Media and Print Journalism. She double minored in Political Science and Editing. Sarah has years of marketing and managerial experience, and brings this along with her can-do attitude to work each day.

Sarah is an avid animal and nature lover. In her free time she can be found exploring the great Utah mountains, or cuddling up with one of her many reptiles while reading a good book or binge-watching Netflix. Sarah dreams of one day inspiring people through her writing, and owning a house where she can finally have the pet fox she’s been dreaming of.
