Steve Galligan is a veteran in the world of digital marketing. Like many others, he started his career in print advertising, then migrated to the digital and online media in the late 90’s. In 1999 Steve was named General Manager for the new Citysearch office in Boston. Since then he has held the position of Senior Divisional Manager at Boston Globe Media, CEO at LocalTel, Chief Marketing Officer at Global Directories, and founder and President of MaineToday Digital, part of the largest media company in Maine. His specialty has been helping traditional advertising and media organizations make the transition to online and digital media. Steve, together with former colleagues Brent Taylor and Joseph Mohay founded Integrated Digital Strategies with a goal of providing businesses with the best in class technology employing new and innovative solutions to retain existing customers and acquire new accounts. Steve’s wife Midge has merged her video production company of more than 20 years, Clear Vision Video, into Integrated Digital Strategies to enhance the company’s service offering. Steve and Midge have three adult daughters who are all college graduates enjoying success in their respective fields.
Joseph A. Mohay
Chief Digital Officer
Recognized as a hands-on interactive sales and marketing executive, Joseph is highly regarded as an innovative leader and subject matter expert in all aspects of the emerging field of digital marketing. His career began more than 10 years ago with R.H. Donnelley Corp, now known as Dex One. During this period, Joseph was a catalyst in bringing to market a suite of local search solutions to tens of thousands of SMB advertisers, and those solutions are still in place today. He joined Global Directories and earned a leadership role for his expertise at evolving a print focused sales company into a full-service media organization. While at Global, he helped design, implement, and manage the day-to-day operations of a newly formed digital sales division. In the span of 18 months, had successfully created a full service media company that currently serves over 16 international markets. Joseph’s professional expertise is focused on digital product development, sales training, field and virtual coaching, and team-building. His greatest passion is to “roll up his sleeves” and work closely with sales teams and advertisers alike. Joseph resides in Orlando, Florida and is a proud father of 6 year old twins sons, Joseph and Julian.
Chief Operating Officer
Brent Taylor manages all financial and operational functions at Integrated Digital Strategies. Brent recently helped build and design MaineToday Digital, part of the largest media company in Maine. In this capacity, he was responsible for relations with internal and external stake-holders and ensured that all pre and post sale operations were managed with precision. Taylor is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with an exceptional record of working in environments that require excellence in all facets of operations. When Brent isn’t on the phone or glued to a spreadsheet, he enjoys spending time with wife Tasha and their two children swimming, hiking and boating.
VP of National Sales & Business Development
Michael Kane brings years of sales and marketing accomplishment to the Integrated Digital Strategies team. As a business development professional, Mike’s background encompasses Fortune 100 companies, franchise operations and start-ups. As our VP of National Sales, Mike is uniquely qualified to help our clients expand their footprint. He is your partner, and your objectives become his. Whether you have 5 franchisees and want to grow to 500, or want to grow 500 to 5000, Mike will help you achieve your goals.
In addition to his qualifications to help you grow on a national scale, Mike also understands the franchise business at ground level. Mike is a current franchise owner and investor. He will help you attract qualified franchisees, and help them develop a comprehensive digital marketing platform to make your company more successful.
Director of Digital Operations
Zach Bain brings a solid foundation to IDS of both the fundamentals of digital marketing combined with the latest trends in the industry. Zach’s role is to ensure that a client’s needs are met. He tracks progress from the date of a sale, through the on-boarding process, until completion of a new customer’s program. Zach also works with IDS’s partners to keep abreast of the latest enhancements to our platform so that our technology remains best in class. Zach is a Google Adwords Professional with specializations in Search & Display Advertising. When not researching the latest trends in Digital Marketing, Zach likes to get into the backcountry–hiking, backpacking and cross country skiing–and to travel. Zach is a graduate of Bates College where he studied English & Creative Writing; he was an active member of the Outing Club and the college Improv Group, The Strange Bedfellows.
Director of Search
With 12 years of digital marketing experience, Tiffany Maldonado specializes online customer acquisition. Her journey in marketing began in 2000 when she joined the largest cruise agency in the world, CruisesOnly.com as a search marketing specialist. Four Years later, Tiffany moved to New York to expand her knowledge and experience. It was there that she began working for one of the country’s top marketing agencies managing accounts from National Brands to Multi-Unit Franchises with monthly media spend as high as $1 million dollars.
During both in-house and agency roles, Tiffany has developed and managed successful search marketing programs for high profile brands such as Quiksilver, Roxy, New York & Company, Bank of America, Comcast & Adelphia. Tiffany now resides in South Florida and returns to visit New York City every chance she gets.

Dustin DeTorres is a global B2B marketing and social media leader who has been connecting people and products through technology for more than a decade. The foundation of Dustin’s experience stems from a traditional sales and marketing background with a focus generating revenue for small to medium sized businesses and franchises. For the last five years, he’s sharpened his marketing skills by hands on experience working in multiple verticals as well as continuously staying up to date with industry trends. His innovative and unparalleled ability to harness the power of social networks to increase the bottom line has made him a sought after leader in the field of Social Media. Dustin is also a Certified Hubspot Partner and can manage all of your Inbound Marketing strategies!
Midge Galligan brings more than 20 years of video production experience to Integrated Digital Strategies. She started her career editing and producing news and entertainment programs for NBC and CBS affiliates in Providence and Boston. Her career evolved when she started Action Video Group, the production company that she has owned and managed for two decades. Midge specializes in marketing and promotional videos, helping her clients solve their needs with creative solutions. Her focus at IDS is to help clients deliver their message in the emerging platforms that are becoming an essential part of a complete marketing program. Midge is an avid tennis player and enjoys her newly-found free time with her husband Steve, now that their three girls have all graduated from college and entered the working world.
