Manager of Digital Operations

The Operations Manager will be responsible for task and information entry into our project management tool, cataloging all client and company files within our cloud drives, managing all templated forms and client process documents, updating and coordination across digital fulfillment teams, and other miscellaneous tasks. Reporting to the COO, this position's primary responsibility is to direct and coordinate organizational efficiencies. Working with and taking direction from the COO the Operations Manager will contribute to the development and implementation of appropriate strategies and practices to align with IDS’s client services and needs. The Manager of Digital Operations is critical to the success of the company and manages the after-sale digital product fulfillment, communication, and customer service.

The Role

The desired candidate for the Manager of Digital Operations will have experience managing all aspects of the post-sale process at our Digital Marketing company. Proficient project management skills working in a highly organized fashion are critical to the success of the selected candidate. Strong communication skills and ability to meet the needs of internal and external customers in addition to partners and vendors are required for this position. Keeping current with the changes in the marketplace and informing others of the latest technology and industry enhancements are part of the job expectation.

Required Skills

  • Spearhead onboarding of new clients
  • Responsible for the full understanding of IDS’ suite of digital marketing vendors
  • Oversee timely delivery and fulfillment from our team of account managers our digital marketing products and services
  • Strong understanding and tactical experience within digital marketing channels such as Paid Search, SEO, Display, Social, Content Marketing, UX, and Analytics
  • The ability to support multiple projects.
  • Sound understanding of websites and how to launch them as part of client fulfillment timelines
  • Develop and maintain workflow processes within Bitrix24
  • Support organizational planning
  • Updating and management of various platfoms (NinjaCat, Vendasta, WhatConverts, Zapier etc)
  • Reconcile monthly fulfillment with Account Managers
  • Ensure interdepartmental (Acct. Management, Fulfillment, Development, & Management) communication is utilized to maintain an environment of continuous improvement
  • Working with vendors
  • Account Manager and Client support requests
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with project management software and CRM automation
  • Familiarity with budgets and forecasting
  • Ability to commutate effectively with management, peers, and clients
