Steve Galligan co-founded and launched Integrated Digital Strategies (IDS), in 2012. Prior to starting IDS, he held leadership roles in several well-respected media companies in the digital marketing space for decades. Steve has a long history of success in helping franchise clients attract new business and retain existing customers. At IDS, Steve leads a team of highly skilled professionals, with the goal of creating a strong return on clients’ investments with the company. Steve and his wife Midge have three daughters and live in the greater Newburyport, MA area, where he keeps busy with many outdoor activities.
Joe is responsible for generating and managing revenue with IDS. Since the company was founded in 2012, he has helped to establish IDS as a leading franchise inbound marketing agency. Joe oversees quality control, using his 15 years of expertise in digital marketing strategy, sales management, and training to work with both the company’s internal team and its valued clients and channel partners. With Joe’s leadership, IDS delivers abundant value and results for their customers. Joe enjoys time with his twin sons Joseph Jr. and Julian, making the most of the outdoors, playing sports, and overall health and fitness. He resides in Orlando, FL.
Kim comes to IDS with more than a decade of experience initiating transformative solutions in agency, retail, and entrepreneurial environments. Formally a Director of Marketing and Senior Account Manager, Kim has a proven record of igniting and accelerating revenue streams by leveraging partnership opportunities and expanding service offerings. In her role as Chief Operating Officer, she serves as a key member of the executive leadership team leading IDS’s day-to-day operations where she provides strategic analysis and the alignment of solutions, while overseeing delivery. Additionally, Kim is active in her community, where she has held numerous leadership and executive committee roles, including Chairwoman of the Greater Newburyport Chamber of Commerce. She proudly gushes that she lives with four men, her husband David and her three sons, ages 20, 18, and 17.
Kristine brings to IDS a wealth of diverse experience in both corporate finance and business administration. Prior to joining IDS, her career highlights included Director of Customer Support Operations, overseeing the finance and administrative operations of 6 business units with a staff of 45. Her success in this position led to her appointment of Senior Director, Internal Controls and Compliance where she utilized her corporate acumen to successfully direct and implement a company-wide internal control and compliance program. Kristine manages all aspects of the day to day financial and business administrative functions for IDS. She and her husband Shawn reside in the greater Newburyport area, they enjoy many outside activities and are the proud parents of a daughter who serves our country in the US Army.
Cesar joined the IDS team as Director of SEO in early 2017. He came from five years as an SEO Engineer and Program Manager at Web.com. There, he successfully managed and oversaw SEO operations for numerous enterprise accounts, as well as developed new strategies to help increase clients’ overall rankings and traffic. His specialties include search engine optimization, online marketing, and strategic planning. Cesar lives in Florida with his wife and their two young daughters, so most of their free time is usually spent at the beach, Disney, or the park.
Madeline joined IDS in 2015, bringing with her experience in account and content management from an array of industries. Working with previous public relations and digital marketing agencies, Madeline has a background in lifestyle blogging and marketing, fitness and health, event/retreat planning, and franchise development. She excels at building and maintaining relationships and operating in a fast-paced environment while ensuring client satisfaction. As the Senior Account Manager at IDS, Madeline oversees the company’s largest campaigns by guaranteeing timely delivery and a building a client partnership for the overall success of the brands. Currently residing in Utah, Madeline and her husband are avid adventurers–climbing, canyoneering, hiking, camping, and generally enjoying Utah’s great outdoors with their dog, Kai. Madeline is a Dr. Pepper addict, a proud chicken mom, and an aspiring gardener.
Kai graduated from Emerson College and relocated to Los Angeles to accept a social media position in the music industry, with a focus on content creation, online community growth, social media strategy, and influencer marketing. Once Kai came back to the east coast, she gained a wealth of experience through working on various freelance digital marketing initiatives for artists, musicians, a political campaign, and a ride sharing app. Kai joined the IDS team in late November 2016 as an Account Manager, and succeeds in managing detail-oriented campaigns while fostering the growth of client relationships. She is a passionate dog mom, health nut, and food + beverage lover who enjoys adventures, the ocean, design, writing, comedy, lots of music and time with spent with the people she loves.
After graduating from the University of Central Florida in 2009 with a degree in marketing, Mike jumped into the digital marketing field. He started as a content manager and link builder for a small firm and then worked at Web.com for four years as head of the Retail SEO Fulfillment Team and Product Marketing Manager. For the last two years prior to joining IDS in 2017, he’s worked for Sprout Media Lab as the lead project manager. Mike’s work with a broad array of clients to help build their online presence and generate business through an effective internet marketing strategy provides a boon of experience to the staff. His specialties include account management, search engine optimization, and digital marketing. Mike lives in Florida with his wife and 3-year-old son, Dominic, where they spend a lot of time bike riding, going to the beach, and visiting local parks.
Lauren is the Digital Marketing Account Manager for Senior Helpers. She comes to IDS with a wealth of knowledge in SEO, content, and digital marketing for an array of industries. With a focus on customer service and client relationships, Lauren strives to deliver quality and anticipate the needs of those she serves. Lauren comes to marketing and advertising after a career as a professional equestrian, where she traveled extensively aross the US and Europe as a rider, trainer, and groom in the sport of Dressage, including to the 2012 London Olympics as a member of Team USA. Still an avid equestrian, Lauren also enjoys writing, her beagle, Tex, and staying active training for her next marathon.
Barbara brings a breadth of marketing and organizational skills to the team at IDS as a Digital Marketing Account Manager. She grew up in Tucson, Arizona and graduated from the University of Arizona with majors in Business Management and French. She then spent several years leading a marketing team at a digital marketing agency in Tucson. After that, she worked for a small nonprofit, specializing in nonprofit marketing and fundraising. She is a recent transplant to the Orlando, Florida area and is excited to live out her lifelong dream of being a mermaid, but she will always have a soft spot for homemade salsa and margaritas!
J is from a tropical country, and has been in the SEO industry since late 2010. He started by building links through blog comments and forum posts, and worked his way up the ladder to become an SEO Analyst and Strategist. He has handled campaigns for websites in different niches -- cars, hotels, dentists, and more. Now a part of the IDS SEO team, he looks to create strategies that will help maintain the good health of the company's SEO campaigns. During his free time, he watches TV shows, does volunteer work at cosplay and geek culture conventions, and plays a lot of video games.
Jeriko Ferdinand Mendiola
Jeriko uses his more than three years of experience in Google AdWords to help IDS’s clients make the most of their ad budgets. Before coming to IDS, Jeriko managed a team of campaign managers for one of the largest telecommunications companies in the Philippines, covering everything from media planning to strategy to implementation to data analysis. His Google AdWords certification includes fundamentals, search, display, YouTube, mobile, shopping, and more, covering all our clients’ bases
Jeanne Mari Diwata
Jeanne comes to IDS with a wealth of experience in PPC. After earning her degree in Business and Commerce, Jeanne went on to work for Microsoft for two years specializing in Bing Advertsing where she handled large accounts such as Mitsubishi, Ford, Ebay, and Amazon.In addition to being Google and Bing certified, she is skilled at creating PPC campaigns from scratch, implementing campaign strategies, analyzing and monitoring campaigns, and managing weekly and monthly reporting.
Midge Galligan brings more than 20 years of video production experience to Integrated Digital Strategies. She started her career editing and producing news and entertainment programs for NBC and CBS affiliates in Providence and Boston. Her career evolved when she started Action Video Group, the production company that she has owned and managed for two decades. Midge specializes in marketing and promotional videos, helping her clients solve their needs with creative solutions. Her focus at IDS is to help clients deliver their messages in the emerging platforms that are becoming an essential part of a complete marketing program. Midge is an avid tennis player and enjoys her newly-found free time with her husband Steve, now that their three girls have all graduated from college and entered the working world.
Lucy comes to us with a diverse background in banking and operations. Most recently she oversaw the categorization and inventory cataloging of more than 2 million dollars of retail inventory. Her organizational skill set and attention to detail make her an ideal addition to the support team for IDS. She is currently working toward a degree in Business Management and will finish in late 2017. Lucy looks forward to growing her role with IDS and assisting its client base. She is the proud mother of two children, Emily age 10 and Max age 8.
Rich Graduated from University of Santo Tomas with a degree in Computer Science. Since then, he's been working in the IT industry for more than 4 years as a Software and Web Developer. If he's not in front of the computer working, he is out there traveling, attending social events, and recording/performing. If there's one thing he loves more than technology, it's music. He has a good mix of technical, musical, and social skills.
After Jentri graduated with his bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, he spent the first two years of his career as a freelance web developer. Since joining IDS, he is a key part of the development team, working constantly to keep our clients’ websites optimized. Even though he has a twin brother, Jentri is one of a kind, spending his free time listening to Indie music, playing music, and collecting sneakers.
Ria’s career in web development started out of curiosity when she was hired as a technical support representative with a major commerce company. From there she became an on-page SEO web developer and then moved on to be a web developer for a 3D rendering/cloud rendering company in the United Kingdom and Korea. She came to IDS with more than two years of experience in web development and is an important asset in our development team. She is a well-rounded person outside of work as well, spending free time playing online games, reading Manga, practicing guitar and ukulele, and playing badminton.
Pat Bradley is a content writer for Integrated Digital Strategies, working to create original content for its clients. Pat works on in-depth niche blogging to strengthen brand identity and create content that helps potential customers research each brand’s opportunities. Additionally, he works on web copy, creating e-books, email marketing campaigns, and persona development. Pat’s writing has appeared in numerous outlets, including The Boston Globe, ESPN, and NESN and this experience in fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environments provides an extra hand to our terrific fulfillment team. Pat graduated from Merrimack College with a communications degree and is an avid sports fan. In his spare time, he typically can be found on a basketball court or in the gym.
Graduating from the University of Utah with a degree in English, Sydney has been a writing enthusiast for most of her life. Having previously worked at a publishing company, Sydney discovered IDS in 2015 and found that it was a great fit for her talents. At IDS, she works behind the scenes to coordinate and create relevant content, editing and optimizing that content for the most optimal SEO results. She works alongside both the content and SEO teams and assists with critical tasks for the overall success of the campaigns. In her spare time, Sydney loves putting her writing skills to work by writing novels on the side. Her vast imagination shows with her sixty novels she’s written in two years and no indication of slowing down!
Reilly graduated with a degree in English from Utah State University in 2015. Since she joined IDS in 2016, Reilly has been delivering riveting, relevant content to match each client’s voice and style. No two clients are the same, and Reilly adapts her writing to each client, getting to know their industry niche and business objectives to inform the content she produces. An animal lover and proud nerd, she spends her time in the mountains with her dogs, reading Harry Potter, and watching various adaptations of Hamlet (David Tennant’s is her favorite, but Branagh’s is good, too). Reilly lives in northern Utah with her husband, two dogs, and cat.
A content writer for Integrated Digital Strategies, Eben Diskin is responsible for creating content for client blogs, web pages, and personas, as well as editing a variety of materials. He received a Master’s Degree in Fiction Writing from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland. While he doesn’t miss Scotland’s lack of breakfast sandwiches and buffalo chicken calzones, he does miss frequently traveling around the UK and Europe, and trying to decipher the thick accent of his Glaswegian barber. Eben has worked in a variety of marketing roles, and is happy to have made the full-time transition to writing. In addition to being a mediocre tennis and softball player, he enjoys traveling, and writing about those travel experiences.
Dr. Christina Hartman
Dr. Christina Hartman joined IDS as a content writer in 2017. With an emphasis on crafting downloadable content, she loves to write and to put her skills to use highlighting the exciting new developments and offerings of the clients she serves. Coming from a career in education, she spent eight years as a high school English teacher at a technology-driven college prep school. A PhD candidate, she has spent the past four years working as a university instructor and researcher in the fields of engineering education and Navajo education. Her hobbies include knitting, needlework, and computer gaming.
Alina is a content producer and marketer with over 7 years of experience in the publishing and technology industries. She has worked at startups on both coasts, managing digital content for the cloud-based file storage company Hightail (formerly YouSendIt) and translation software company Smartling. In addition to writing and editing, she has a passion for video projects and is a graduate of USC's world-renowned School of Cinematic Arts. She currently lives on Boston’s North Shore with her husband and two children.
Lisa brings over 20 years of experience creating cutting edge designs with both print and digital media. As the Graphic Designer at IDS she helps to solve client’s needs with simple yet elegant visual solutions that match each client’s brand identity. She is constantly striving to improve on her designs skills and keeping up with the latest design trends. Lisa’s resides in Connecticut with her husband, daughter, son, and two very large dogs. When she’s not binge watching the latest Netflix series you can find her cooking or planning her next home renovation. Her guilty pleasures are Nutella, Transformers, M&Ms, and the NY Giants.
Taylor is currently an undergraduate at the University of Massachusetts Lowell as a Journalism and Professional Writing student. She joined the IDS team in 2017 bringing her creativity, social media knowledge, and management experience which she obtained through her many leadership roles in college. In her free time, Taylor loves to go hiking, travel, spending time with friends and family, and playing Ultimate Frisbee. While at school, Taylor is the president of the Women’s Ultimate Frisbee team, the Editor-in-Chief of the student newspaper The Connector, and a DJ for the student radio.
Liz Frame joined us in late 2017 and brings her creativity, social media skills, and her life’s varied experiences to the IDS team. When she’s not engaging audiences with her timely and informative posts, she’s making music with her band, Liz Frame and the Kickers, playing live every month in venues all along the east coast. Liz has a grown daughter (also a performing musician), lives in Newburyport with her husband, and loves cats, writing and her Gibson J100 guitar – pretty much in that order.
