We have grown quite a bit in the past year, from moving to our beautiful new office in Amesbury to our logo and website redesign. Now, we want you to get to know some of the faces behind the marketing magic who make everything we do possible.
Plain and simple, Senior Account Manager Katie Knapp is a ball of energy. If she isn’t strategizing with her team or collaborating with clients, she’s fulfilling her duties as a hardworking mom of three. Katie brought over 15 years of account management experience to IDS, and since she joined, Katie has gone above and beyond to achieve client satisfaction. Get to know Katie Knapp a little bit better in this quick Q&A.
Why are you passionate about digital marketing?
Katie: I have always been passionate about multiple platforms and creating a total plan not just putting all of a client’s eggs in one basket. Digital marketing is always changing and so are clients’ goals. Digital marketing gives us the opportunity to evaluate what is working and make adjustments as necessary to build the best program based on those goals to bring in qualified conversions and drive sales.
If Hollywood made a movie about your life, who would you like to see cast as you?
Katie: Amy Adams because she is classy, a triple threat (she can sing, dance, and act), and she is a ginger.
If you had to eat one meal, every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Katie: I would say burgers and fries with a milkshake.
What was your dream job as a kid?
Katie: A nurse, a tap dancer, and a bus driver.
What song is the soundtrack to your life?
Katie: I feel like this changes so often so in this exact moment. I would say “Beautiful” by Carol King. I mean, we all can use a little positive self-talk.

Katie: Working Moms

Katie: Boys II Men
How is your dream day spent?
Katie: Spending the day at the beach with my family building a lot of sandcastles, jumping in the waves, and watching the sunset with a cocktail in my hands.

Katie: Mrs. Everything by Jennifer Weiner
Favorite memory at IDS so far?
Katie: The night of our work retreat when we were all laughing so hard our stomachs hurt. Lucky to work with an amazing group of people.
How have you grown as a Senior Account Manager since you started at Integrated Digital Strategies?
Katie: Prior to coming to IDS I worked more with more B2C clients as opposed to B2B, so I have had to learn some new tactics on ways to market to an entirely different group of people.
